2024 Work Plans and Needs

2023 was a very profitable year for the restoration. 2024 is shaping up to be another huge year. Phase One, the restoration lodge exterior and utility infrastructure, is just about completed. We are now turning our focus to Phase Two, the restoration of the lodge interior. We will begin with the ground floor in hope of bringing the lodge into limited operation in the winter of 2024-25. Aside from the completion of the water and septic systems, the list of projects below largely focuses on the ground floor restoration.

Convert Dorms A & B into a large seating lounge (Ground Floor) $21,020

Refinish and stain concrete floor (Ground Floor) $20,000
